Export

1. Planning and Qualification

Our company has been operating legally and technically in international trade for almost 20 years, and we are confident in what we offer. Our company is prepared.

  • Registered with Radar/Siscomex: This is the company's "passport" with the Federal Revenue Service, allowing it to carry out export and import operations.

  • Tax Classification (NCM): This is a numerical code that identifies exactly what the product is (e.g., nails, furniture, or faucets), defining the taxes and rules that will be applied.

  • Compliance with Technical Standards: Ensuring that the Brazilian product respects the safety and quality laws of the country that will purchase it (such as resistance or environmental certifications).

2. Negotiation and Closing

Here, the parties agree on the values and responsibilities of the sale. In e-commerce, you select the products you are interested in, send them to us using the shopping cart option, and we contact you with the best offers and provide the Guaranteed Quote, which locks in the exchange rate for up to 7 days for your complete financial security.

  • Proforma Invoice: This is a formal quote that serves as the basis for the client to initiate the import process in their country.

  • Order Confirmation and Incoterms: Defining who pays for what (freight, insurance) and where the seller's responsibility ends (e.g., at the port in Brazil or at the customer's door).

  • Payment for foreign exchange closing: To initiate the production or consolidation of cargo;

3. Cargo Preparation

The physical moment when the product is separated and protected for international travel.

  • Production/Separation: The factory manufactures or separates the items according to the approved order.

  • Packaging and Labeling: Use of sturdy packaging to prevent damage from moisture or impacts during transport in containers.

  • Packing List: A detailed list describing everything inside the boxes (weight, volume, and quantity).

From order to destination. Americas, Europe and Africa.

4. Logistics and Customs Clearance

The phase in which the merchandise officially begins to move within the government's records.

  • We contract international freight or coordinate with transport companies indicated by the client: Hiring the ship, plane, or truck that will take the cargo to the buyer.

  • Export documentation (draft) is sent to the client for validation with a local customs broker. We then issue a Certificate of Origin, allowing you to take advantage of tariff exemptions or reductions in countries with trade agreements with Brazil.

  • DU-E (Single Export Declaration): A digital document that informs the Brazilian government that the merchandise is leaving the country; it is issued as soon as everything is properly aligned, including cargo and documentation at the border.

5. Boarding and Documentation

The goods arrive at the point of departure and the shipping documents are received.

  • Shipping to Port/Airport: Transportation from the factory to the international shipping location.

  • Customs Clearance: Final verification by the Federal Revenue Service to release the cargo for shipment.

  • Bill of Lading: The most important document in transportation; it proves that the cargo has been delivered to the carrier and serves as proof of ownership of the goods.

6. Post-Shipment

The final step in the process allows the customer to pick up the product at its destination. "After delivery, our team follows up and offers technical support to ensure the successful completion of your sale at the final destination."

  • Sending Original Documents: Depending on the shipping method, they may be sent along with the cargo or only electronically.

Direct Export

Direct Billing from the Factory

How it works: Your company purchases the products directly from the Brazilian manufacturer through our platform. All international documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates) and invoicing are issued by the manufacturing industry itself.

Who it's for: Ideal for any volume, respecting the minimum order value of each company, closed lots from a single supplier, or full container loads (FCL).

The key difference: It guarantees maximum price competitiveness directly from the industrial plant.

Indirect Export

Commercial Consolidation and Intermediation via Trading

How it works: Your company buys from Cimex Global (Company Name: Açonobre). We acquire the products from manufacturers in the domestic market, handle all customs paperwork, and carry out unified international shipping.

Who it's for: Ideal for less-than-container-load (LCL) orders or for buyers who want to mix products from multiple manufacturers (e.g., combining designer furniture with coverings and home décor items) in the same shipment.

The difference: We offer an asset-light and highly efficient operation. We consolidate different suppliers into a single shipment and under a single document management system, diluting fixed transportation costs and increasing your profitability.
